DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount has to be paid to confirm your appointment. We do not offer refunds. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount. You must pay the remaining amount by bank transfer please. I only accept bank transfer, no cash please. In the event of rescheduling within 48 hours of cancellation, another deposit will be required. 

CONFIRMATION

All confirmation emails will be sent to your email as soon as you book your appointment.

PAYMENT

You must pay the remaining amount through bank transfer please. We do not offer refunds.

SLOTS

New spots open up every 24th of the month.

Appointments after 6pm is an additional €10

Squeeze-in fee/ Last minute/ Same day appointment is an additional €30

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

I kindly request that you arrive for your appointment with your natural hair and hair bundles freshly washed, blowdried, combed/detangled, clean and non-greasy. This is essential to maintain a hygienic and professional environment. If your hair and/or hair bundles are not clean upon arrival, I will unfortunately have to cancel the appointment on the spot. I appreciate your understanding of this, which is in place to protect both your well-being and that of others. Blow-drying your natural hair/bundles upon arrival of the appointment is unfortunately not possible if not booked. If you do arrive with wet/not blow dried hair I will unfortunately have to cancel the appointment on the spot. All prices are without hair except for the combodeals/hairspecials. All prices exclude hair except for the combodeals/hairspecials.

It is possible to book Sew ins/PonyTail hairstyles with hair included. Please message me 14 days in advance to place an order for your hair bundles with your desired length/color/texture to place you order.

LATE POLICY

5-10 minutes late: additional €10

10+ minutes late: cancelled appointment

 

IMPORTANT 

All prices exclude hair except for the combodesls/hairspecials. It is possible to book sew ins/PonyTail hairstyles with hair included. Please message me 14 days in advance to place an order for your bundles with your desired length/color/texture. It is not possible to arrive or come with any extra company. If you do arrive with any company they will be asked to leave. I kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are sick, feeling unwell, coughing or have cold symptoms. This is important for everyone's health. If you do arrive at the appointment sick/feeling sick, coughing or with a cold, I will unfortunately have to cancel the appointment on the spot. I appreciate your understanding and hope you will take this into consideration. Thank you very much in advance!

 

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance otherwise your deposit will be lost. If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will be blocked on my system and noted on the black list. In order to book with me again, you will be required to pay for the full remaining payment.
